In this video, you will learn the Reclining Bound Angle Pose, also known as Supta Baddha Konasana.

Sit erect with your legs extended forward.

Fold your knees and pull your feet closer to your trunk bringing the soles of your feet together.

Lower your knees till the outside of the legs are in contact with the floor and relax.

Place your elbows on the floor behind you to help lower yourself onto the ground

Stretch your arms to the side and breathe naturally for up to a minute.

To come out of the pose, bring your arms in and use your elbows to lift your body up.

Straighten your legs and relax.

If you find the pose difficult, you can use a bolster, cushion and bricks as props for support.

This pose improves the flexibility of your hips and groin.

It supplies plenty of blood to the pelvis, back and abdomen.
