In this video, you will learn the Bridge Pose, also known as Setuasana.

Sit straight with your legs together and stretched out in front of you.

Place your palms behind you with your fingers pointing away.

Open your chest and lean back on your hands.

Slightly bend your knees and flatten the soles of your feet on the floor.

Inhale as you lift up your pelvis and upper body as much as you can.

Straighten your arms and legs and stretch your body outward as you open your chest and drop your head back.

Your entire bodyweight is supported on your palms and the soles of your feet.

Breathe deeply as you hold the pose for about 10-20 seconds or as long as you can.

To release, inhale as you bring your chin down and exhale as you slowly lower your buttocks back to the ground.

This pose strengthens the legs, back, neck and chest.

It also relaxes the body and relieves stress.

You have now learnt Setuasana, the Bridge Pose.
