In this video, you will learn the Rabbit Pose, also known as Shashankasana.

Sit straight on your heels with your thighs resting on your calves.

This is the diamond pose, or Vajrasana.

Now, raise yourself to a high kneeling position with your knees spread hip's width apart.

Flatten the tops of your feet on the ground.

Exhale as you slowly bend forward and place your forehead on the ground in front of your knees.

Reach back to clasp your heels and lift up your buttocks as high as you can till your thighs are perpendicular to the ground.

Remain in this position for 30 seconds, breathing naturally.

To release, rise slowly and relax in Vajrasana.
