To cool down properly you should perform a gentle aerobic exercise at a far lower intensity that during the main exercise
Start off jogging three laps of the court slowly
You don't want to become out of breath
Next do the standing forward bend
Cross your leg and bend forward
Follow up with holding your foot and bending the knee behind to stretch your thigh and ankle
To stretch your shoulder, bring your right shoulder across your collarbone
Pull your right elbow towards your left shoulder using your left hand until you feel a stretch
Next place your right palm in between your two shoulder blades
With your other hand, pull down lightly on your right elbow until you feel a stretch
Then place your right palm flat on a wall or vertical surface
You fingertips should be at a 3 o'clock postion
Keeping your arm straight and your palm fixed, turn your head and upper body to the left to stretch out the shoulder
Next do side bends on both sides
Follow up with a forward bend with the legs astride and throw your arms behind and arch your back
Lie down on your back with the hands stretched to the side
Bend your knees and place them on the ground and turn your head to the opposite side
Next stretch your hip and hamstring by bending your knee and pulling it to your chest
