In this video, you will learn about an exercise to improve your dribbling skills
The objective of this exercise is to take the ball from your oponents without losing your own
Start with 4 players in the central circle. Each player has a ball.
while dribbling, players have to tackle their opponents' balls
They can only move while dribbling, and they cannot leave the center circle.
If a player or their ball gets out of the circle they are eliminated.
If a player commits a violation, such as a double dribble, they are also eliminated
The exercise is over when there is only one player left in the circle
To succeed in this exercise, the player has to dribble low, use both hands and protect the ball with the opposite arm.
They also have to keep their head up and be looking at their opponents at all times
Adapt the size of the area for the exercise depending on the number of players you have. Over to you!
