For this project, you will need an adjustable spanner and a flat spanner.
The removal of a washbasin can be divided into two stages, which we will now explain in detail. Before starting any plumbing project, make sure you turn the water supply off at the mains

Step 1: Remove the mixer tap
With the help of a spanner, unscrew both of the hoses.
Next, remove the bottom part of the lift rod.
Finally, remove both the nuts that hold the mixer tap rods in place.
Remove the mixer tap.
Remove the plug.
STAGE 2: REMOVE THE BASIN
Remove the basin's wall fixings.
Slowly remove the basin.
Finally, remove the stand. Be careful, it isn't attached to the floor.
The wash basin stand isn't fixed to the floor.
Finally, remove the threaded rods from the wall.
