Paneer is a tasty fresh cheese commonly used in South Asian cuisine.
• 1 l whole milk
• 2 lemons

boil one litre of whole milk, keep stirring as you boil, take the container off the stove .
squeeze two small lemons to split the milk
1ltr whole milk
2 small lemons
strain out the milk
place the paneer on two dry pieces of cloth
use a rolling pin to flatten the paneer, and squeeze out all moisture
cut the paneer into small cubes
heat oil in a pan
add the paneer cubes and keep stirring
once they turn golden brown, take them out and strain the oil
you can use the paneer for various different dishes, such as palek paneer, butter paneer masala and shahi paneer
