measure 1 cup of bhel puri or puffed rice mixture

add diced tomatoes

Add potato, chickpea and green pea masala.

add 1 teaspoon of mint and coriander chutney

add a pinch of roasted cumin powder

add a pinch of pepper

add a mix of onion, carrot and coriander leaves

add a teaspoon of tamarind chutney and mix thoroughly

add a teaspoon of yoghurt

1 teaspoon of yoghurt

add some raw onions

next, garnish the bhel puri with some sev

you can also add a little bit of yoghurt at the end

enjoy your bhel puri
