Measure two cups of flour

Add four tablespoons of yogurt

heat one cup of ghee in a pan

transfer the dough into a plastic bag with a nuzzle, you can also use a cotton cloth

once the ghee is hot, squeeze out the dough in a circular motion

Fry the Jalebi's until they are brown

when they are brown on both sides, soak them in caramel or sugar syrup for 3 minutes.

serve them hot

you can also add a few strands of saffron for garnish
