Measure 500g of chicken

Lightly slice the chicken thighs so that they can absord the spices

add 3 tablespoons of yoghurt

add 1 teaspoon of salt

add 1 teaspoon of ginger and garlic paste

add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder

add half a teaspoon of chili powder

And half a teaspoon of salt

mix thoroughly

crush 4 cardomon pods

add 3 tablespoons of sulflowed seed oil in the pressure cooker

add some cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper and bay leaves

Add 15 curry leaves, add a sliced green chilli, add 4 small diced onions and stir well.

Add half a teaspoon of salt

Add one tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste

Stir until the onions turn pink

Add 3 diced tomatoes

Stir until the tomatoes turn soft

now add some turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander powder

Add some water to prevent burning the onions

Next add the chicken that you set aside earlier

Mix thoroughly

Add one tablespoon of cashew paste

Add one tablespoon of ground coconut paste

You can add a little salt if you want

Add some water

Close the cooker and let it cook for 5 minutes

you can garnish it with coriander leaves
