In this video you will be trained on passing while moving.

You will need two partners.

To succeed in this exercise follow the two steps: adapt and move and then positiono yourself and pass.

Firstly, adapting and moving

Stand between the baseline and the 3 metre line, 2 metres away from your first partner.

Your second partner serves from the other side of the court.

Based on the ball direction, adapt your position and roles with your first partner,

If the ball goes towards your first partner, they should receive the serve

You will become the setter and must run to position yourself at the net

Your first partner receives the initial ball and passes it in your direction before moving to the net as if to attack with a spike

Secondly, positioning your body and passing.

Before passing, adopt a good body position: the foot closest to the net slightly in front and the body turned towards the area you are aiming the ball.

Pass the ball to your first partner at the net.

Push off with your legs at the moment you pass the ball

Your partner must be able to catch the ball jumping up at the net.

Follow this sequence a few times and vary the reception zone at random
