Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a microwave-safe container
Microwave at 500 watts
Microwave at a power level of 500 watts for 20-30 seconds. Remove the container from the microwave and stir well with a rubber spatula.
Repeat until your chocolate has completely melted. It should be smooth and shiny.
It is important to note that it will take at least three cycles to completely melt the chocolate.
