150g or 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream

Before preparing the whipped cream, be sure to chill your bowl and beaters or whisk in the freezer and your heavy whipping cream in the refrigerator.

When the cream is cold, pour it into the chilled bowl.

Place the chilled beaters into your mixer or use your chilled whisk and beat the cream until it thickens.

This may take a few minutes.

Note that you shouldn’t whip the cream excessively; otherwise, the cream could turn into butter!

Whipped cream can be stored for several hours in the refrigerator before use.
