1 liter or 4 1/4 cups of milk (whole or 2%)

500g or 4 cups flour

6 eggs

a pinch of salt

a tablespoon of sugar

25g or 1 3/4 Tbsp melted butter

Butter or oil a frying pan. Let the pan heat up before pouring the batter in.

Make sure to re-grease your pan regularly using a greasy paper towel.

Cook the crepe on one side.

Once this side is done, flip it.

Sprinkle on some grated cheese, allowing it to melt on the crepe.

Add an egg, then the ham.

Your egg, ham, and cheese crepe is ready to serve.
