Steak haché is a French dish made with ground beef molded in the form of a steak. This method for cooking steak haché can be used for any pre-made burger patties.

First, heat up your pan.

Once it's hot, put in your burger patty.

Wait about two minutes and then flip it.

You only need to flip it once.

Once it's been flipped, you can add spices or pepper.

Never add any salt to red meat while it is cooking.

Remove from the pan when the meat is cooked to your preference. In France, steak haché is often served with green beans, rice or potatoes.
