Put the pastry dough on a cutting board.
Then crack the egg, and separate the yolk from the egg white.
Next, add a little water to the yolk.
Cut the pastry dough in strips.
Be careful because the dough is very sticky, don't cut it too quickly.
Use the point of the knife to wrap the dough around the sausage, and keep your fingers from sticking to the dough.
Once all the sausages are wrapped, use a pastry brush to paint on the egg yolk mixture.
Then put everything into the oven to bake at 180 degrees (or 350˚F) for 15 minutes.
