For one person, crack two eggs into a bowl and mix together the whites and yolks.
Put a slice of butter in the pan to prevent your eggs from sticking.
Stir the eggs in the pan like this.
Once they're cooked, you can serve them.
If you want to add additional ingredients, you should do so just before they're done cooking. You can add herbs, diced tomatoes or any other ingredient you like.
