The techniques presented in this video are easy to reproduce for those who are at an intermediate level.

Preparation time: 15 minutes

In this video, you will learn how to mince garlic - that is, how to cut garlic into very small pieces.

This will allow the pronounced flavour of the garlic to infuse your dishes more easily.

Follow the steps involved and you will quickly master this technique.

You will need: a cutting board, a paring knife, and a slicing knife with a curved blade.

Before starting, we have peeled several garlic cloves.

First step.

Cut the clove in two like this.

Sometimes a germ can be found.

Be sure to remove it.

It does not have a pleasant taste and is also hard to digest.

Second step.

To mince the garlic more easily, crush each half like so.

Third step.

Cut the garlic into pieces like so.

Now you know how to mince garlic!
