Expanding access to education in rural schools in Africa

Expanding access to education in rural schools in Africa

Only 2% of the population in Keny has access to the internet and know how to use a computer.

Complit Kenya is a community-based initiative to expand access to education through resource centres that have computers and portable projectors.

With the support of the NGO Learn Appeal, that disseminates educational content offline through capsules, and Sikana, Complit Kenya is able to promote skill acquisition and health awareness.

Learn Appeal has also integrated the Sikana first aid program into its educational platform developed by a volunteer in Argentina. (http://learningmood.s3.amazonaws.com/clientes/learnAppeal/firstAid/index.html)
