The principle is the same as with two balls. You can start by holding three balls but only tossing two of them (one, two).

This will help you get used to having two balls in one hand.

Then, using the same motion as the first two, follow with the third ball (one, two, three).

You can also start with your left hand (one, two, three).

And so on (one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine...)

The more fluid your movements are...

the faster you can juggle

You can try changing the height to be lower or higher.

There are two methods to practice juggling with three balls.

You can either juggle higher and faster like this...

Or you can also practice by tossing the balls from one hand to the other (one two three, one two three).
