RECYCLING: HOW TO BUILD A WALL LIGHT FITTING FROM A WOODEN PALLET

In this video you will learn how to make a wall light fitting out of a wooden pallet.

You will need: a pallet, a flat light fixture, an electric cable, a pencil, a saw, a sander, sandpaper, a drill driver, an 8mm wood drill bit, a wire stripper, and a flat-head screwdriver.

Saw the pallet at the width of one deck board.

This part will serve as your lamp's structure.

Sand the wood.

Now create a hole in the middle of two stringers.

Pass the electric cable through the holes.

Connect the wires to the light fixture.

Then screw the light fixture onto the stringer.

All that's left to do is attach the wall light fitting to the wall with the help of mounting brackets.

Your wall light fitting is now complete!
